NEW EUROPEAN CUSTOMS LAW
As you may know, the new European customs law has been implemented on 1st May 2016.
After approximately 25 years, the European Union said goodbye to the familiar Community Customs Code (CCC). The new Customs Code of the Union (DWU) brings significant changes along with it. In addition, also several cases (for now) remain unchanged.
The annex summarizes the most important changes. Unfortunately we currently have these changes only available in Dutch.
